I can't stop myself hanging out for two days.. Rock'n roll gigs are everywhere in the streets, and it's pretty rare when it happens in my hometown. Yesterday night was with my glamrock friends from Blackrain (no my sweet Discordia, glam isn't emo ! ha ha XD), and tonight, it will be with The Veil.. I just hope not to take cold.. it won't be fun for my own gig on saturday haha.. But fuck.. Rock'n roll life doesn't wait for little fears. If we have to go on stage with 40°C of temperature, we'll do it, cuz we're made for this. A bit drunk, I was looking at my friends and thinking about all of us : the way we decided to follow is maybe the harder one, walking in parallel of mainstream, singing those words which are tearing our flesh appart, playing those songs that hurt us deep inside, screaming out everything inside to make it something different and beautiful, a piece of art, our reason to breathe.. More than a choice, this is an evidence : "I'm made for this, this is what I'm living for." We're all damned, and creation is our curse. Born to rise above stars or die into dirt, living a dream or a tragedy, always balanced between life and death, joy and despair. Yup, I think we are crazy, but as I told many times before in this text : we were born for this.
